Prior to Real Estate
Patti obtained her Real Estate license in 1995 after a 10-year career in Sales and Management with a "Fortune 500" Company. She is a California native residing in the greater Sacramento area since 1976. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate license in 1995, her sales and management experience was with RJR Nabisco as Account Manager, Training and Development Manager and Sales Representative covering the Northern California area.

Professional Experience
Patti is currently with Keller Williams Realty in Roseville which is the #1 office with KW nationally.  Patti's  Real Estate career began in 1995 and in her first year she earned recognition as Coldwell Banker's  Rookie of the Year. Since then, she has consistently maintained performance levels within the top 10% of all sales associates in the area. 

Professional Affiliations and Certifications 
She is currently a  Life member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors Master Club. This is awarded to approximately the Top 5% of the 7000 agents in the Sacramento Association of Realtors. In 2004 Patti earned the GOLD level achievement award with Keller Williams.  Previous member of the  Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, the International Sterling Society and the Coldwell Banker Presidents Club. All awards are based on production dollar volume and number of units sold. 1996 Rookie of the Year award, Coldwell Banker, Fair Oaks. National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Sacramento Association of Realtors.

Previous Professional Background/Education
Previous 10 years in sales and management with RJR Nabisco as Account Manager, Training and Development Manager and Sales Representative covering the Northern California area. Graduate with a Theatre Arts Degree from the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts  in 1980.

Personal Background
Born in San Diego, Patti moved to the Sacramento area in 1976. Other than her college years and a brief stay in New York City, pursuing her love of musical theatre, she has been a resident of Sacramento. Singing is her second career and she loves performing locally.
